Chères confrères et consœurs, demandeurs d’asile, et refugiés en Allemagne.
Nous voulons vous inviter de participer dans une manifestation importante. Nous allons manifester le 10 Novembre à Rostock (15h00 à la gare centrale). Nous voulons attirer l’attention sur la situation des refugiés à Mecklenbourg-Vorpommern. La date n’est pas choisie par hasard. Les ministres de l’intérieur allemand se réunissent le 16 et 17 Novembre à Nurnberg. Là, ils vont délibérer sur une régulation du droit de rester pour les refugiés qui ont depuis longstemps le “Duldung”. Pourtant les ministres de l’intérieur prévoient que très peu de refugiés vont profiter de leur régulation du droit de rester: par exemple, c’est prévu que les familles doivent avoir habité en Allemagne depuis six ans; les célibataires depuis huit ans. Les personnes qui n’essaient pas activement d’attenuer leurs papiers, ne recevront pas le droit de rester. Il sera le même cas pour les personnes qui ont jamais étaient jugées coupable d’une infraction. Pourtant toute cela sera seulement définitivement decidée le 16 et 17 Novembre. C’est pour ceci que c’est important d’aller y manifester pour la droit de rester, ce que vous méritez vraiment. Et aussi, après la conférence des ministres de l’intérieur, la lutte pour la droit de rester pour tout le monde doit continuer.

La manifestation est aussi très important pour les Togolais: l’arrêt de déportation pour les Togolais à Mecklenbourg-Vorpommern a été terminé le 10 Octobre et il ne sera pas prolongé. Mais le Togo reste encore sous le même régime dictatorial, totalitaire et cruel et la vie de chaque refugié togolais est menacée sur la territoire togolaise.

De plus nous voulons manifester contre le racisme, que nous rencontrons chaque jour dans la rue, dans le train ou dans le métro.

Nous, membres de NoLager de Mecklenbourg, Hambourg, Bremen et Berlin, vous invitons de participer en masse dans une manifestation le 10 Novembre 2006 à Rostock.

Pour un arrêt systematique de la déportation des Togolais vers le Togo tant que ce régime regnera sur notre territoire; et pour un refus général de la déportation des demandeurs d’asile en Allemagne vers leurs pays d’origines respectifs.

Dear brothers and sisters, asylum seekers and refugees in Germany,
We want to invite you to participate in large numbers in an important demonstration. On the 10th of november we will demonstrate in Rostock (3 p.m. Hauptbahnhof). There, we want to draw the attention particularly to the situation of refugees in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The date was not chosen accidentaly. On the 16th/17th of november the german ministers of the interior are meeting in Nürnberg. There they will decide about a regulation of the right to stay for refugees who have been living in Germany with Duldung for many years. The ministers of the interior plan however that only a few refugees shall profit from the planned regulation for a right to stay: It is for example planned that families have to have lived in Germany for six years, and single persons for eight years. Those who have not been actively ‘involved’ (according to the authorities) in getting their passports shall also not get a right to stay. This is also true for those who have at some point received a higher court penalty. But the final decision will be taken on the 16th/ 17th of november. Therefore it is important to use the time until then in order to demonstrate for a regulation of the right to stay, which deserves this name. The struggle for a “right to stay for everybody” has to continue also after the conference of the ministers of the interior.

The demonstration is also very important for Togolese refugees: The deportation stop for Togolese refugees in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern has expired on the 10th of october and was not extended. But the situation is still such that Togo is still under the same dictatorial, totalitarian and terrible regime and that the life of each single Togolese refugee is threatened on the territory of Togo.
On the 10th of november we also want to demonstrate against the racism, which we encounter every day on the streets, in the train or in the tram.

We, members of No Lager Mecklenburg, Hamburg, Bremen and Berlin invite you, to come in large numbers to the demonstration on the 10th of november in Rostock.

For a systematic deportation stop of the deportations of Togolese to Togo, as long as the dictatorian regime is ruling our territory. And for a general refusal to the deportation of asylum seekers in their respective countries.

liebe Mitbrüder und –schwestern, Asylsuchende und Flüchtlinge in Deutschland.
Wir möchten euch einladen, massenhaft an einer wichtigen Demonstration teilzunehmen. Am 10. November werden wir in Rostock demonstrieren (15.00 Uhr Hauptbahnhof). Wir möchten dort insbesondere auf die Situation von Flüchtlingen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern aufmerksam machen. Das Datum ist nicht zufällig gewählt. Am 16./17. November treffen sich in Nürnberg die deutschen Innenminister. Sie werden dort über eine Bleiberechtsregelung für langjährig geduldeten Flüchtlinge entscheiden. Die Innenminster planen jedoch, dass von der geplanten Bleiberechtsregelung nur sehr wenige Flüchtlinge profitieren können: Zum Beispiel ist geplant, dass Familien seit 6 Jahren, Alleinstehende seit 8 Jahren in Deutschland gelebt haben müssen. Wer bislang aus Sicht der Behörden nicht aktiv an der Passbeschaffung „mitgewirkt“ hat, soll ebenfalls kein Bleiberecht erhalten. Gleiches soll für alle die gelten, die irgendwann einmal eine etwas höhere Gerichtsstrafe erhalten haben. Endgültig wird jedoch erst am 16./17. November entschieden. Deshalb ist es wichtig, bis dahin für eine Bleiberechtsregelung zu demonstrieren, die ihren Namen wirklich verdient. Und auch nach der Inneministerkonferenz muss der Kampf für ein „Bleiberecht für alle“ weitergehen.
Die Demonstration ist auch für Togolesen sehr wichtig: Der Abschiebestop für Togolosen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern ist am 10. Oktober ausgelaufen und wurde nicht verlängert. Aber es ist immer noch so, dass Togo unter dem selben diktatorischen, totalitären und grausamen Regime verharrt und dass das Leben von jedem einzelnen togoischen Flüchtling auf dem Togoischen Territorium bedroht ist.

Am 10. November wollen wir außerdem gegen den Rassismus demonstrieren, der uns jeden Tag auf der Straße, im Zug oder in der Straßenbahn begegnet.

Wir, Mitglieder von No Lager Mecklenburg, Hamburg, Bremen und Berlin laden euch ein, in Massen an der Demonstration am 10 November 2006 in Rostock teilzunehmen.

Für einen systematischen Abschiebestop der Deportationen von Togolesen nach Togo, solange wie das diktatorische Regime auf unserem Territorium regiert. Und für eine generelle Absage an die Abschiebung von Asylbewerbern in ihre jeweiligen Herkunftsländer.
