Mr Ola Okpotola was summoned to court. His deportation has been confirmed for thursday by the presiding judge according to a telefon conversation between him and a refugee colleague in degendorf. It is very necessary to see the possibility of getting a legal representative for him as we would not be able to extract detail informations on the next possible steps from the Authourities.
I will expect that the supporting groups in Bayern to respond with urgency.
Everything is possible just that informations on the development has to be worked out through a lawyer soonest.

Through self organization and refugee community networking, such deportation could also be hindered by the refugees.
