Urgent Protest: Stop Lufthansan Deportation Flight from Frankfurt am Main to Lagos
Please help and support the urgent protest call to stop the forceful deportation of Neke Onarekpmana Cadeton to Nigeria tomorrow from Hannover deportation prison. He will be forcefully deported against his will and separated from his Black African German woman from Cameroon.
Cadeton was arrested on 18th March 2009 by the Police who had since then kept him in their Hannover Custody with a decision to deport him Tomorrow 16.04.2009 at 10.55 Uhr with flight LH 586 from Frankfurt to Lagos, Nigeria.
We request for every support to protest racist policies of deportations that have lead much of injustice in the continuation of the Colonial Justice as suffered as forms of persecution and criminalization of refugees by the German state.

Backgorund information:
Neke Onarekpmana Cadeton is a Nigerian Refugee in Germany.. He has since July 7th, 2007 submitted all the required documents for marriage but based on the usual systematic bureaucratic delay from the German authorities especially as it affects him as an African, a Nigerian and the proposed
wife being a Black German, they had been kept awaiting a decision only to be planned for deportation.
He had been obliged during these period to pay the sums of 490 and 425 Euros respectively alongside much more expenses undertaken in the preparation and legalization of these documents.
The German Embassy representative in Nigeria has verified and confirmed his Identity as not conflicting that which he has in his initial application for asylum in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The Standesamt and its culture of Manipulation together with the Auslanderamt has done their duties through the usual delay strategies and to influence the quick and negative decision on his pending Asylum Application so as to push him into the illegality Status and then have the liberty to deport him, after all they already had his Identity
Documents.
He was unfortunately confronted on 18th March 2009 by the Police who had since then kept him in their Hannover Custody with a decision to deport him Tomorrow 16.04.2009 at 10.55 Uhr with flight LH 586 from Frankfurt to Lagos, Nigeria at 16.20 Uhr.
The Lawyer had during these period made appeals to the Amtsgericht Cloppenburg,
Landkreis Ordnungsamt / Ausländerwesen Cloppenburgn, Verwaltungsgericht Oldenburg,Ausländerwesen -Regierung von Oberbayern
all of which has been rejected.
The Lawyer is again making an appeal to stop the deportation so as to enable them conclude their marriage plan but trust not the German authorities in such situations.
