The District Tuttlingen stood as the only District to deprive Refugees from taking part in the Refugee Conference taking place today the 12 March in Stuttgart.
The arbitrary denial is linked up with fears of exposing the persecution of refugees paraded by the District Authority in this Democratic Germany.
More than 120 Refugees from different parts of Baden Wurttemberg were registered and easily got permission to participate in the conference.
Districts like Helibron and Mannheim withdrew the 10Euro charges associated with granting permission.

The participating refugees envisaged such responce from the Foreign Officer-Mr Voss and requested that the Refugee Council should take direct contact with the responsible district Officer.
This denial from the Tuttlingen District will be critically analysed in the Conference and Refugees will decide on a position at the end of the conference.
