Cherif - A Refugee activist in Thuringia (East Germany) explains the character of the racist special law in Germany that bans refugees from leaving the administrative district (Residenzpflicht), the way it is used by the authorities for political opression against refugee activists and he declares his civil diobediance to this law by refusing to pay any fine.
