A question was asked on 04.07.2011 in the parliament of the local government of Wittenberg by one of the founders of „Flüchtlingsinitiative Möhlau Wittenberg“, relating to the treatments of innocent refugees that were been obliged to live in the local government of Wittenberg by the federal office of migration and refugees. The question was asked on 04.07.2011 in the parliament.
The questions asked are as follows:
1. Why is it that innocent refugees according to statistics were been refused to accord a resident permission in Wittenberg despite the fact that they have been living in the local government up till 10,15 to 17 years. And they knew they could not be deported because of dangers of political persecutions, wars and its consequences, stateless ?
2. Why is it that innocent refugees were been refused to accord working permission in Wittenberg despite the fact that they have been living in the local government up till 10,15 to 17 years ?
3. Why is it that there is no differentiation and consideration between these old refugees mentioned and the new refugees, obliging all to live in an isolated camp of Möhlau in Wittenberg ?
A written answer was received from the parliament relating to the questions asked... see the response of the letter.
Basing on the response received a meeting was held in Möhlau in which we „Flüchtlingsinitiative Möhlau Wittenberg“ notify the negative mentality of the competent authority towards the interpretation of the laws when it concerns refugees in Wittenberg and are not convicted and satisfied basing on the following humanitarian reasons.
The excuse of using lack of returning document, false declaration, lack of cooperation on behalf of the concerned refugee, lack of cooperation on behalf of the government of the refugee, which is not the fault of the refugee, to exclude and deprive innocent refugees of their natural existence in the modern society, economical, socially, and political is unacceptable for many years 10 -17 years. This practice contribute in destroying the livers and talents of intellectual refugees creating a negative consequences and impacts in development.
A lot of refugees in Wittenberg have proves of their identity, have no false declaration in what concerns their identity, have cooperated by presenting their birth registration certificate, birth certificate, identity cards, passports etc. were not criminals etc. but still their rights were been denied by the competent authority of Wittenberg for many years. See.. stop destroying the lives of innocent refugees in the name of cooperation . Upon all these, working permission are still been denied in Wittenberg to refugees why?
The excuse that a refugee is „ Unknown“ is an abuse to refugees who gave a correct declaration of his name, place of birth, country of birth, age etc., and even birth registration certificate, birth certificate etc. and are not declared „Unknown „ by the federal office of migration and refugee but the competent foreign office declared them self the refugee „unknown“ so as to deprive the refugee their right of working permission etc.
There is no law that obliged refugee to be isolated in the middle of forest or to be lodged in an old Russian military camp in Möhlau. Even the „Aufnahm Gesetz sachsen anhalt“ does not.
We “Flüchtlingsinitiative Möhlau” Wittenberg are demanding the competent authority to stop an abusive interpretation of the laws because we are refugees in Wittenberg. To accord us our right !.
To accord us our right of existence according to the laws without abuse or discrimination.
To stop putting our lives in danger that could lead to death through deportation treats, isolation in Möhlau, causing psychological problems to refugees, stop intimidations of all sorts to refugees etc.
To recognise our right out of humanitarian, political reasons etc. and to stop excluding us out of the society in which we have to live for many years.
