We, the refugee initiative Möhlau and no lager Halle are protesting against the
deportation threats of three refugees from Benin, at the moment they are living in the camp in Möhlau. They got the message that they will be deported on july, 16th and july, 23rd from Möhlau (Wittenberg).
Djalilou Salissou Idrissou, Rashid Mohamed and Boure Bjalilou were forced to attend at a hearing of the Beninese Embassy in Berlin on 31st of august 2011. The Beninese delegation recognized them as citizens of the Republic of Benin. All the necessary travel documents for deportation have been issued.
We demand an immediate halt to the deportations and protection for the concerned refugees!
Furthermore, we demand, as before, the complete closure of the camp in Möhlau and the decentralised housing of all refugees. It has been shown several times that the
housing in the camp Möhlau makes sick, both physically and mentally.
We also reject the disrespectful and harassing behaviour of the officials of the Ausländerbehörde Gräfenhainichen towards the refugees. The racist excesses of officials are ranging from hatefulness and shameless resentment to intentional discrimination against refugees in their proceedings.
All this we want to highlight at the 23rd of July 2012 from 12-17 pm in front of the Ausländerbehörde in Gräfenhainichen in district of Wittenberg. Everybody is welcome!
Stop Deportations!
Solidarity with all oppressed refugees!
Colonial injustice continues with unjustified deportations!
