The campaign, Zendegi-Keine Abschiebung nach Afghanistan, asks you to join the campaign and along side other people from other nationalities, with hope, unisono, and patience, to take part in the anti-deportation demonstration on October 24th at 8:00am. We will meet at Leipzig Main Station, platform 2 in order to go together to the airport by train. For people who can't afford a ticket just ask - there will be free tickets.
We ask you to join our protest because on 24th of October another group of our friends will be deported to Afghanistan from LEJ airport Leipzig/Halle. Afghanistan is a war ridden, unsafe country. Deporting people seeking asylum back to war zones means to expose them to death and is indeed nothing else than murder.
Therefore “Zendegi – Keine Abschiebung nach Afghanistan“, a campaign against all deportations to Afghanistan, in cooperation with political activists and politicians who fight for refugees rights, decided to organize a protest in the city center of Leipzig in Saxony against deportations. With the demonstration we want to put a final sign and end our protest camp with this action.
This doesn´t mean that we will end protesting. We – Zendegi campaign activists – are aware that with only a protest or a demonstration we cannot stop deportations. But we know for making any changes to happen, we have to raise our voices and find a way to open this dialogue in the German society.
The fight against deportations is a difficult, time taking fight. On one side there is the German government and the growing fascism in society, on the other side are - we refugees who have nothing but our power of our unity.
The campaign, Zendegi-Keine Abschiebung nach Afghanistan, asks you to join the campaign and along side other people from other nationalities, with hope, hocetion, and patience, to take part in the anti-deportation demonstration on October 24th. at 8:00am.
