FLASH- Claim of injustice execution in Elbax (Bostanici)

It is learned that the person, who lost his life in the city of Wan, Elbax
yesterday, in the house which was attacked by private teams and soldiers, is
not a HPG guerilla, is a citizen, named as Kiyasettin Korkac. The
eyewitnesses said that private teams didn't make any warning during the
attack and lynched the persons thay they came out from the house.
It is learned that the person, who lost his life in the attack, which was
made to the house, belongs to Ikram Aydin, by private teams and soldiers in
the parish of Safak, in the city of Elbax, yesterday night, is not a HPG
guerilla, is the relative of Aydin, Kiyasettin Korkac, who is registered to
the district of Wan, Ozalp and who came to this house for a visit.
'They lynched the persons'
The security forces claimed that Korkac threw a bomb to themselves during
the attack and lost his life. But the eyewitnesses claimed that the incident
is an execution. The eyewitness, named as Mehmet Aydin said that he is in
the city during the incident and explained the things like these:
"I was going through parish. I saw that the parish was full of soldiers,
policemen and armoured vehichles. I started to watch the incident from far.
They blockaded the house of Ýkram Aydin. After that the owners of the house
went out. All the persons, who went out from the house were beaten by the
policemen. Even the women were lynched. After this, the persons were
removed. And than, the explanation was occured. After the explanation the
panzer crashed to the house two times and destroyed the walls. During this,
there were no announce. But they were beating the people continuously".
IHD made a committee
Human Rights Association in Turkey (IHD) Wan Branch made a committee after
the apply of Aydin's family to make an investigation in the crime scene. The
comittee will make a press statement aftyer their investigation today.
His family was hindered
It is learned that the family of Kiyasettin Korkac, who lost his life in the
incident, wanted to come to Wan, to take their son's corpse, but the Dorutay
Gendarme Station refused them.
