Gaston Ebua vom The VOICE Refugee and Africa Forum wurde angeklagt Beamte der deutschen Polizei auf der Zugfahrt von Berlin-Alexanderplatz nach Potsdam/Brandenburg bedroht, deren Dienstausübung behindert sowie sich einer Festnahme widersetzt zu haben.

I furthermore thank very much the supporting activists from the Rote Hilfe-Berlin, ARI-Berlins, and the other independent participants have attend to observe and to solidarise with this problem. I thank others like the EA-Ermittlungsauschuss-Berlin who have solidarised in their own ways and serveral others who have send me their consciencious support.
Oury Jalloh: Prozessbeobachtung vom 27. März bis 30. März 2007 in Dessau
Zwei Jahre nach Oury Jallohs Tod sind die damals anwesenden Polizeibeamten noch immer im Dienst, das Dessauer Landgericht wollte den Fall zunächst abschließen. Erst nach massivem öffentlichen Druck ließ es am 2.1.'07 die Hauptverhandlung gegen den 46-jährigen Dienstgruppenleiter zu.
Aufgrund eines willkürlichen Polizeieinsatzes gegen ProzessbesucherInnen im Amtsgericht Göttingen am 16. Mai 2006 wurde Cornelius Yufanyi festgenommen und er muss nun wegen „versuchter Körperverletzung“ vor Gericht.

Oury Jalloh burned to death in a police cell in Dessau on the 7th of January, 2005. Two years have now gone by; two years in which the court in Dessau has effectively blocked any hearings from taking place against the responsible police officers. This alone is evidence enough that neither the police nor the judiciary is willing to see that the events surrounding the death of Oury Jalloh are clarified.
