Seit 25 Jahren verteidigen wir uns gegen die Angriffe auf unser Leben. Seit 25 Jahren organisieren wir Solidarität von unten jenseits von jeglichen staatlichen Strukturen, den bürgerlichen Parteien der Bundesrepublik oder wohlgemeinten Helferinnen. Zahlreiche Schwestern und Brüder haben wir verloren. Sie wurden in Polizeizellen, in ihren Wohnungen oder auf den Straßen durch die Polizei ermordet, sie wurden erniedrigt oder ertränkt an den Außengrenzen Europas. Wir haben unsere Familien und Freundinnen verloren in den Ländern, die wir verlassen mussten. Weitere Kriege sind uns aufgezwungen worden durch Lügen und Manipulation. Familienmitglieder haben uns verlassen, weil die herrschende Ordnung der Welt ihnen keine Chance auf Leben lässt. Doch trotzdem sind wir noch da, obwohl uns der raue kalte Wind in Zentraleuropa seither disziplinieren und lehren will, was richtig oder falsch sei.
Ξεκινώντας θα ήθελα να εκφράσω το πώς νιώθω ένα χρόνο μετά και συνειδητοποιώ ότι δεν μπορώ με λόγια να σας δώσω να καταλάβετε ούτε πώς νιώθω αλλά ούτε και πόσο μας άλλαξε τη ζωή μας. Κυρίως το πένθος και η λύπη που δεν έχει μαλακώσει ούτε μία μέρα ένα χρόνο μετά και ούτε πρόκειται να φύγει μέχρι το δικό μας τέλος.
Ο Γιώργος ήταν η χαρά της ζωής μας, ήταν η δική μας ζωή και το σπίτι μας από τότε που μας τον πήραν είναι άδειο. Μόνο ο Γιώργος έφερνε χαρά με τη ζωντάνια του, την προσωπικότητα του, με το γέλιο του και τα αστεία του, τις πλάκες του που μας έκανε, ακόμα και στα δύσκολα που περνάγαμε τις ανησυχίες που είχε σαν νέος ήμασταν μία δύναμη όλοι μαζί στηριζόμασταν ο ένας στον άλλον και τώρα αυτό το στήριγμα κατέρρευσε στην οικογένειά μας.

In remembrance of Amed Ahmad

September 29, 2022 marks the fourth anniversary of Amed Ahmad's death. To this day, we do not know why Amed Ahmad was arrested and deprived of his freedom for over two months, eventually had to burn and then die. Amed Ahmad's family not only has to endure the loss of their son, but also endure it in retrospect, as in a parliamentary committee of inquiry trivialities dominated the discussions and the report. The mother and father of Amed Ahmad and we continue to wonder why Amed Ahmad is no longer with us. The hypocritical investigations in the parliamentary committee of inquiry did not provide answers to our questions. Rather, they strengthened our doubts that it was not just a chain of mistakes and failures that led to Amed's death.
