In Neuss (NRW) befindet sich seit 1993 der bundesweit einzige
Frauen-Abschiebeknast.Der Knast liegt mitten in der Neusser Innenstadt in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse und wird kaschiert durch eine unauffällige Fassade. Der einzige Grund für die Inhaftierung der Frauen ist ihre Migration in die BRD.
Es gibt unzählige Gründe, wegen denen Frauen ihre Herkunftsländer verlassen, aber es gibt für sie fast keine Möglichkeit einen legalen Aufenthaltstitel für die BRD zu bekommen. Auch das so genannte "Zuwanderungsgesetz" - mit der treffenden offiziellen Bezeichnung:
Gesetz zur Steuerung und Begrenzung der Zuwanderung und zur Regelung des Aufenthalts und der Integration von Unionsbürgern und Ausländern - und auch die "Bleiberechtsregelung", die eher Abschieberegelung genannt
werden sollte, haben nichts daran geändert.
Ca. 1,5 Millionen Menschen - ein großer Teil davon sind Frauen - leben z.Zt. in der BRD in einem Zustand der Illegalisierung, d.h. ohne gültigen Aufenthaltstitel und damit nahezu ohne Rechte. Sie arbeiten hier, nebenan, um die Ecke von uns in der Sexindustrie, in privaten Haushalten oder in der Gastronomie, und immer in prekären Lohn- und
Arbeitsverhältnissen. Die Gesellschaft profitiert von ihnen, denn Menschen zu illegalisieren, bedeutet unter anderem, sie für den Arbeitsmarkt ausbeutbar zu machen und sich damit ein frei verfügbares, unsichtbares und entrechtetes Potential an ungeheuer billigen Arbeitskräften zu schaffen.

Demonstration against the women's deportation prison in Neuss on

Information Evening on the Neuss Women's Deportation Prison on
15/11/07,

Transnational Alliance for Action)
We will inform about women-specific reasons for flight and forms of
migration. An account of the Neuss women's deportation prison will be
given to call on everyone to join the demonstration on the occasion of
the International Day Against Violence Against Women.
Furthermore, information will be provided about the current situation
in
the Büren deportation prison and ongoing protests.

Since 1993, the only German deportation prison for women has been
located in Neuss (North Rhine-Westphalia). The prison is situated in a
quiet residential street in the Neuss city centre and is concealed by
an
inconspicuous facade. The only reason for the women's detention
consists
in their migration to the Federal Republic of Germany.
There are countless reasons for women to leave their countries of
origin, but hardly any possibilities to attain a legal residence status
in Germany. Also, the so-called "Immigration Act" - officially
appropriately named: Act to Control and Restrict Immigration and to
Regulate the Residence and Integration of EU Citizens and Foreigners -
and as well the "provisions on a right to stay" (Bleiberechtsregelung),
which should rather be called "provisions on deportation", haven't
changed anything.
At the moment, about 1.5 million people -- of which women make up a
large part -- live in a state of illegalisation in Germany, i.e.
without
a legal status and therefore without hardly any rights. They work here,
in your neighbourhood, around the corner in the sex industry, in
households or in the catering trade, and always under precarious
working
and wage conditions. Society benefits from them as illegalisation,
among
other things, makes people exploitable in the labour market and creates
an invisible and disenfranchised pool of freely available, immensely
cheap labour.
Legalisation instead of raids! Abolish all prisons!
For a right to stay for all!

Nous allons informer sur des raisons de fuite et des formes de
migration
spécialement féminines et voudrions en même temps lancer un appel à
participer à la manifestation contre la prison d'expulsion Neuss qui
aura lieu à l'occasion du jour international contre la violence contre
les femmes.
En outre, il y aura des informations sur la situation actuelle dans la
prison d'expulsion à Bueren et sur les actions de protestation
courantes.

d'indication..., les femmes ne sont pas mises au courant. Elles vivent
dans l'incertitude, elles ne peuvent qu'attendre. "

Le seul centre de retention féminin se trouve à Neuss depuis 1993. La
prison est localisée en pleine centre-ville dans une rue résidentielle
calme et est cachée par une facade discrète. La seule raison
d'arrestation des femmes est leur migration dans la RFA.
Il y a des raisons innombrables à cause desquelles des femmes quittent
leurs pays d'origine, mais il n'y a presque pas de possibilité
d'obtenir
un titre de séjour pour la RFA. Ni la soi-disant loi sur l'immigration
-
avec la désignation officielle plustôt appropriée: "Loi sur
l'orientation et limitation de l'immigration et sur le règlement du
séjour et l'intégration des citoyens de l'Union et des étrangers" - ni
le règlement sur le droit de séjour, qui devrait plutôt être appelé
'règlement de déportation' y ont changé quelque chose.
Actuellement, environ 1,5 million de personnes - dont une grande partie
des femmes - vivent dans la RFA dans un état de l'illégalisation,
c.-à-d. sans titre de séjour valable et donc sans droits. Ils
travaillent ici, à côté, autour du coin dans l'industrie de sexe, dans
les ménages privés ou dans la gastronomie, et toujours avec des
contrats
de travail et salariaux précaires. La société profite d'eux, car
illégalisér des hommes permet entre autres de les exploiter pour le
marché de l'emploi et de
créer ainsi un potentiel de travailleurs extrêmement bon marché,
librement disponible, invisible et sans droits.
Légalisation au lieu des descentes de police ! A bas les centres de
retention! Droit de séjour pour tous!
