The Elements of Persecution and Crimes of Deportation

Deutsch: Die Varianten der Verfolgung und die Verbrechen der Deportation

20years of Refugee Resistance – Introductional seminar and development workshops on the elements of crimes of deportation on 2nd / 3rd of August 2014 in Jena / Thuringia

To re-evaluate and to analyze our political perspectives on freedom vs persecution from the consequences of deportation threats in Germany, Europe or anywhere else in this world.

How are refugees in Europe criminalized and stigmatized by the injustice of deportation?

  • Political persecutions of refugees are only possible through multiplex violation of social and basic rights
  • Refugee Deportation and the crimes of political persecution of refugees especially in Europe

We invite all of you to discuss our awareness about the abuses of Human Rights of refugees, refugee persecution and especially those crimes connected to deportation as the basic machinery to scare people from self-determination:

(vocabulary platform of crimes see http://www.wikicrimesofdepotation [to be implemented]).

Countless fates of refugees have been and still are kept under daily deportation threats through the responsibility of the German Nation and beyond. We have to challenge the vicious cycle again and again in the face of those who are deported and those to be deported:

How effectively we can fight to end this colonial mentality of terror?

We aim to:

  • End the fear and insecurity arising from crimes inflicted through willful deportation abuses and every day violations that we are made to suffer from endlessly

We need to:

  • Identify the common sense to denounce these threats of deportation to refugees as a continuous crime against our communities

The consequences of these threats and dangers to our lives through fear and insecurity in the name of refugee persecution as intentional human rights abuses could be described within the following aspects: That is the fear of refugees in any country where crimes are executed through various forms of discrimination like:

violence, political and religious persecution, war, arrest, imprisonment, police brutality, repression, oppression, restrictions, isolation, lager, illegalization, dictatorship, terror, military service, criminalization, racism, murder, fascism, stigmatization, homophobia, sexism, chauvinism, surveillance, forced fingerprint registration, occupation, exploitation, poverty, slavery - ...[to be lined up: Disasters like climate change create social exclusion like homelessness, displacement, etc....] human rights abuses in apartheid-deportation-culture.

We want to highlight on the deportation chain through the fates of those affected by the consequences of the crimes of forceful displacement.

From the perpetrators we shall establish a map of deportation crimes. All the officials, who execute responsibility somehow in processing deportations will be named and exposed in this map: which offices are involved, what's their position, how much power they execute and who controls them. The people and places and the State of Police including the role of politicians, institutions and offices in charge, media, NGO's, churches [to be lined up…]

We call to stand for equality and unconditional rights to stay

Here We Are – We will never stop to fight the German deportation system – everywhere!

We call to resist against these crimes of deportations for the abolition of deportation prisons and all structures of refugee's persecution in Germany!

We are refugees from different countries and refugee communities in Germany.

We need to achieve the security and safety not to be deported at any given time!

Delay of Justice means Denial of Justice to us - Our active community is the base we have been able to defend and protect by fighting for civil and political rights in Germany.

We insist on our freedom to live and to enjoy with human dignity and respect for privacy and family, free movement, full medical care, to free speech and association, education, holiday and recreation, residence and normal housing as well as to work to earn our living [to be lined up…] without exceptions to values of equal freedom and justice.

Our inspirations, our solidarity and self-determination for freedom from the struggles and strikes, revolts and victories, collaborations for unity and self-organization will be revived. Our togetherness and our love to live in human dignity we have archived in our community engagements to break out of the isolation in the lagers.
We call to unite for mobilization to a march against deportation prisons and the illegality of deportations.

Every solid support is crucial for our fights to stop the deportations and we call on everyone in solidarity to denounce deportations and the threats of persecution of refugees as to challenge the status quo of hierarchy – be it contributions to politcal contents or critics, mobilization or infrastructre, culture or entertainment, exhibitions or arts, movies or photos or transport or independent fundraising…[to be lined up…]
